The insurance may be removed after you return your tags to the MVA in Maryland or the DMV in the District of Columbia and Virginia. Here is a link to each state that explains the process of what needs to be done before the insurance is removed from the vehicle.
To add a new driver please provide us with the new driver’s full name, date of birth, and driver’s license number. We will also need to know the date that they were licensed and if they are eligible for a good student discount. A copy of their most recent report card will need to be sent to our office.
