I was with Grant insurance for years before I moved to Chicago and LOVED LOVED LOVED them.  All the agents are knowledgeable, and so are the admins there.  They may be, on paper, a little more expensive than some companies out there, but they ended up saving me money because I could call them and talk to them about say, when I rear ended someone and was wondering if I should file.  Since they are independent agents, just asking for advice didn’t mean they automatically raised my rates.  AND the policy I had was so great that they covered me when someone hit my parked car, or when someone broke in another time, no questions asked.  AND when I moved, they helped me find a comparable policy locally with comparable rates.  THAT’s customer service.
